G.L. Management Inc. has been in the Condominium and Homeowners Association Management business for over 20 years, and the Building and Maintenance business for 28 years. We employ dedicated individuals committed to serving our clients needs.
We understand that each Association is different in their priorities and needs. We offer customized service to each of our clients and will consider any request big or small to come up with a program to fit an associations individual wants and demands.
Some services we provide:
Maintain office hours of 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. During the hours the office is closed you can leave service requests with the answering service.
- Collect and record all maintenance payments and assessments payments
- Pay all association bills
Provide a monthly financial package that includes:
* Balance Sheet * Operating Statement * Accounts Receivable Statement
* Cash Disbursement Statement * Bank Reconciliation Reports and Bank Statements
We can add or remove services to meet your needs.
